What Is the MIZARA Fellowship?
The MIZARA Fellowship offers a structured space for young people to learn with intention and apply their skills to meaningful challenges. Through guided learning, reflection, and action, participants gain clarity on real issues they care about and explore practical ways to create positive community impact.
The Fellowship is built for young people who are still learning and exploring. You do not need a business or a fully formed idea. The program is designed to help you start, learn, and grow with confidence.
Participants are encouraged to work on problems that affect their communities in Madagascar. The Fellowship supports projects that aim to create practical, positive impact at a local level.
In addition to skills development, Fellows receive guidance, feedback, and mentorship through the MIZARA community. Selected participants also receive execution support to help move their projects forward.

How the Fellowship Works
A guided journey from learning to meaningful action
LEARN
Fellows develop essential skills through guided training on the MIZARA Academy platform. This phase builds clarity and confidence while preparing participants to think critically about challenges they care about.
BUILD
Participants apply their learning by exploring a real problem connected to their community. They begin shaping ideas into practical solutions, focusing on relevance, feasibility, and positive local impact.
PRESENT
Fellows organize and share their ideas in a clear and structured way. This step strengthens communication skills and encourages reflection through constructive feedback.
GET SUPPORT
Participants receive guidance, and mentorship throughout the Fellowship. Selected projects gain additional execution support, while all Fellows stay connected to the MIZARA community.
